Harris House Consulting Rooms provides consulting rooms to independent specialist psychologists, psychotherapists, play therapists, mental health social workers and other mental health professionals.

Referrals

Some clients are able to self refer. Please contact the therapist of your choice for advice or to arrange an appointment. (Rebates may not apply if you self refer).

Some clients may require a referral from a General Practitioner (GP) before their initial appointment. For regular clients, ongoing GP referrals will be required over time to claim a Medicare rebate for your visits.

GP's are invited to contact practitioners directly to discuss services and availability.

Fees and Billing

The therapists are independent practitioners, and each set their own fees. Please contact them directly for more information.

Facilities

Geelong West

There are three consulting rooms and a waiting room with kitchen facilities available to clients and practitioners. There is wheelchair access to the building via a ramp and disabled restroom with baby change table. A separate staff restroom, storage/utility room and staff lunch area are provided.
Three (3) car parking spaces are available on-site at the rear of the premises for practitioners. Two (2) car parking spaces are available on-site at the rear of the premises for visitors as well as ample parking Shannon Avenue, at Bakers Oval, or in neighbouring streets. It is easily accessible by bus.

Belmont

There are four consulting rooms and a waiting room with kitchen facilities available to clients and practitioners. There is wheelchair access to the building via a ramp and disabled restroom with baby change table. All rooms are wheelchair accessible. A separate staff restroom and storage/utility room are provided.
There is no car parking on-site, but there is a public carpark across the road from the clinic (off High Street), or on-street parking in neighbouring streets. Conveniently located close to Belmont High Street shops, cafes and the Belmont library with easy access by bus.

Hours

The Harris House Consulting Rooms are open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
Each practitioner has their own schedule of availability.

Room Rental

Each room is furnished with an armchair, a couch, a desk with an office chair and artwork. There are wi-fi, copying/printing facilities and basic stationery supplied. Rooms can be rented on an ongoing weekly or casual basis. Please contact us for further information.
